Editing Menu with collections

Hi,

I am building an ecommerce for a client. He wants the collections on the header of the main menu as shown on the picture: "Mobiliario, Maquinaria, Menaje, Terraza,Limpieza y señalización" but we also want to show the same collections on "Catálogo" but without having the drop down. What we want is to clinck on "Catalogo" and then have access to the 5 collections, but I am not able to do it.

Is it possible to add for example 5 collections on one Menu with out drop down when we have 10 collections in total? or is it rather one collection or all?
