Until recently, Shopify had the functionality to have a photo and bio details for each member of staff. This was available through Settings > Users and could be edited.
We used it on our store to add a little personalised content next to different staff authors on blog posts. That Staff Bio content is still showing on our site, but nowhere in the Merchant Portal can it be edited or managed.
The Help Center content is simply incorrect since User Roles were introduced. It's not available in Users, nor is it on each User Profile. I've had a support chat and the member of staff is simply unaware of the feature and can't understand the problem.
Can anyone shed any light on this? I feel like I can't be the only store admin out of 5.6 million people to have come accross this problem.
Please, no replies about apps that can provide this functionality. I'd like to stay on topic as this is a feature of Shopify that appears to have disappeared or to have been overlooked.
