Editor displays different than webpage

For some reason, whenever I updated some product photos in a 'multiple images' tab, the editor shows them as they should properly be shown, however on an actual webpage the photos aren't sized correctly and they are full-size, causing an array of issues. Any ideas as to how this could be happening?
