Email Drop Down list (not in Nav bar) in Liquid

In my store, I am trying to implement a drop down list with only two email choices.  The current contact form automatically only sends to one specific email address but we want our customers to have the option of selecting between two separate emails depending on their concerns. 

I want to add a drop down list above the "Your Email" bar, and have it automatically send to that selected email.

Through the Theme>edit code>contact-form.liquid, is there a code that I could add here that would implement a drop email list?
