Email Signup for Desktop only

Hey so with the email signup form I want some help with minor tweaking. Basically I love the way the email signup form looks on the home screen. However, on the mobile screen I don't like how it looks. I'd love to remove the email signup form on mobile and just have it on the desktop/laptop version only.
