Empire Theme Small Promo Picture Size

Hi, does anyone know how I can make the "Small Promo" picture in the Empire theme header bigger. I've seen it made bigger on other sites but the default only allows 50*50. I'd like to make it the same height as the search bar.

I'm unable to see it in your header, do you have it disabled? If yes, then can you enable it?
