Enterprise Theme - Button Links to section on the same page

We currently use the Enterprise theme and we are wanting to have a button which links to a section further down the page, at the moment the button opens a new tab and ideally we just want them to auto move down the page. Would appreiciate any help on this.

Since your store isn't live at the moment, it would be really helpful if you could share a screenshot of the button or section where you're experiencing the issue. That way, I can better understand the setup and provide a more accurate solution for you.

The store should be live. We have a Rental/Hire Page and there are two buttons near the top 'get rental quote' ideally to be linked to the contact form at the bottom of the page and ' see how much you can earn' linked to the ornage text boxes.
