Envy Theme Presets?

Hello,

I am exploring the Envy theme as a possible choice for our website (we currently run with a non-Shopify theme that is quite old). In trial mode, it appears that the only available presets are Boho and Luxe but I see others referenced in blog posts and reviews (Play, Flow). Are these no longer in use or unavailable in trial mode? I looked through the developer's (Eight Themese) change log but don't see any reference to this.
