External Links to be set Nofollow - Showcase Theme

I am using the Showcase template on Shopify. I am trying to make my external links "nofollow," but I can't find the place where I should change them in my theme. Can you help me with that, please?

I couldn't find the relevant information within community. Is there are anyone who can help?

i need this help too! i understand how the code is organized but i cannot for the life of me find where the links i need to edit are, and i have no idea how to find them!
