Facebook and TikTok Pixel not showing in the pixel helper extensions (with pictures)

Despite successfully integrating Facebook and TikTok Pixel data into my Shopify store at amorarts.de via their respective Shopify apps and getting data from both of them, both Pixel Helpers aren't even indicating that the pixels are integrated. What could be causing this lack of recognition, and how can I rectify it?
