Facebook messenger plugin wont install

Hi community,

I have tried over multiple days now and have been unsuccessful at installing the facebook messenger plugin on my shopify page.

It's working from the facebook end. I have followed all of the instructions. i have tried pasting the code post the <body> and </body> multiple times but it wont show up on my site.

I have the shopify inbox channel installed (currently not visible) and don't like it as customer have to enter their email address to chat. Could inbox be affecting the installation of messenger? Or my theme maybe (atlantic).

Any help would be appreciated.
