fav icon not showing despite uploadding and tried multiple codes also 32*32 pixel.

I've tried everything but favicon not showing in my store. Even talked to shopify support  they said submit a sitemap and upload icon to 32*32 instead of 16*16 i've done this also. and my developer said code is fine.
what could be the problem?
i am using blockshop (theme)
