Favicon image is too small when shown on Google. Dawn Theme

How can I adjust the size of my favicon image to eliminate the white space when displayed on Google? I want it to be larger and fill the blank space surrounding it, similar to how it's displayed on sites like 5.11 and TrustPilot.

Hey may I know which size you use for favicon image. And make sure your Favicon fill all the space and there must not blank space from left and right.

So this wouldn't be a Shopify issue, but I had a quick search online and found a google forum post that may hold the answer.
