Featured image of blog posts not desplaying in Viber

Hello Shopify Community,

We are facing a problem with our blog posts' featured images. While everything works just fine when we share the blog's link on our social media, on Viber the featured image is not displayed. This mostly happens on the mobile version but sometimes it happens on desktop too. Any ideas on how we can fix this?

I check: og:image on your page is currently an image link: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0516/5812/9592/files/jh_9fb714ba-98ff-46cc-af0c-aacfb8e31ac6.png

I don't use viber but I checked on other platforms like Facebook , skype it all shows

You can check with facebook's og:image check tool:

I think Viber will update the image with your blog link in the next 24 to 48 hours

Thank you for replying! Yes, as we mentioned, the featured images appear on all social media (that we are aware of) just fine. This is a Viber-only problem. Is there a possible fix to that through coding or we can not do much to solve it?

Edit: Also, this is probably not a time problem, since the featured images of blog posts that we shared like a month ago still do not appear.
