Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
When using filter and search on the store, I can see correctly how many pieces are in each category, but when I single out a category, the page loads and the products don't show.
I believe it's solved right?? Or may be i didn't get it. Can you like point it out if the problem persists because I see the numbers being displayed well and fine.
Hi @JoeyRoo
I have thoroughly checked the filter feature on your website. It seems that the issue has been resolved. The filter is still working effectively.

Hey, I can reproduce the problem you're encountering.
Say, if I open filters on the new arrivals collection I can see that there are 4 products in category "Pants", but if I select this category the site shows only 2 products.
This is strange. Could be that some Liquid code modification affects this.
I'd recommend installing a fresh copy of Dawn from the theme store and see if it happens in the Dawn too.
If it does, contact Shopify support -- the issue may be with caching and they should be able to resolve it.
Otherwise -- it's theme related and it would be necessary to look at the theme code.
Ok, you have the Varia app (https://apps.shopify.com/show-variants-on-collection-page) which should show each variant separately on collection pages. Something wrong with the app configuration and it simply removes products which have several variants.
Screenshots -- note "4 of 50 products" shown -- this is new arrivals, category Dress:
With App disabled -- first and third products has color variants:
With App enabled -- products 1 and 3 are missing (and still "4 of 50 products" shown):
