Filter/Sort Stopped working after Infinite scroll Dawn theme 15.0

Hi, 

In order to get infinite scroll in shopify dawn theme 15, i made some changes in main-collection-product-grid.liquid file after infinite scroll started working but filter and sort feature stopped working.

I have made this changes after getting reference from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CefZfE6VPOU&t=207s .

I request to plz help me in resolving this issue.
