FINAL SALE Special text to all items tagged "sale" - Upscale theme

Currently, all sale items are tagged with "Save x%," but I'd like to have text that reads "This item is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange." below the price or product info. Very new to editing code and would love any advice. TIA!

I'd like it to be on the product page. So if you click any of those shirts, to have it between the price and product description, or below the product description.
