Fix formatting on lower media width

Hey folks,

When I play with the sizing of my window, I get the incorrect formatting with the content.

Here's what happens;

743 media width - Gets out of alignment with the headers

702 width - Back to normal 

668 width - same issue as 743

Until 452 Gets worse and other headings out of alignment

Under 452 headings drop to a sidebar scroll 3 + 1

1. I want to fix the header alignment from media width 743 to 702 and 668 to 452
2. From 452 and below I want to drop the menu to one line at a time like below

as I checked at my side, screen width 743px is displaying as carousel , which out mean "get out of alignment" ?

Carousel is fine for the products, it's just the items in the footer thats the issue ( Live chat etc), the green panel
