Fixed Image Size on Collection Pages - Impulse Theme

I figured out how to set the Header Banner on the home page to a fixed size by setting the Hero (optional slideshow) to uncheck Enable parallax and then choose Natural as the Desktop Height.  Screenshot attached.

However, I can't figure out how to do the same on the Collection Header so that the collection page will also have a fixed-size image I supply. Screenshot attached of the Collection Header section.

Does anyone know how to fix the collection pages to also have a fixed-size image?
