Fixing Kiwi Sizing Broken Placement

Hi,

The kiwi sizing button modal is placed perfectly on my current theme across ALL templates.

The problem:

On a new theme I'm updating, I asked a dev to help me and he broke everything.

So, basically, can someone please tell me where in the code I can copy the first theme's placement, and copy it to the second theme?

I just want it to be fixed and placed like the first theme.
