Flow theme - How to make linked options work

Hi everyone, 

I am running a clothing store and using the Flow theme. When I choose one color from the color option and the size option will show all variants size. The color and size option is not linked. 

I was watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vspWDu_POYA but the code is not working for Flow theme. Does anyone can help.
