We will ask the customer to share their new purchase on Social media and tag our company URL on the post. Once they send proof, we will refund them $5.

In the email, you can encourage customers to share their purchase on social media and tag your brand. Once they send proof, you can manually issue the $5 refund. While this isn't something Gameball directly handles, you could also use Gameball to reward customers with points for social media engagement or future purchases.
