The plan is for an email to be sent 1 week after order fulfilment.
We will ask the customer to share their new purchase on Social media and tag our company URL on the post. Once they send proof, we will refund them $5.

Is that something possible?

While this isn't something Gameball directly handles, you could also use Gameball to reward customers with points for social media engagement or future purchases.
