We will ask the customer to share their new purchase on Social media and tag our company URL on the post. Once they send proof, we will refund them $5.

Yes, your plan is definitely possible! You can set up an email automation through Shopify or tools like Klaviyo to send the email one week after order fulfillment. In the email, you can encourage customers to share their purchase on social media and tag your brand. Once they send proof, you can manually issue the $5 refund. While this isn't something Gameball directly handles, you could also use Gameball to reward customers with points for social media engagement or future purchases.
