Font Size for website name only for mobile

Hello, I want to change font size of the website name only for mobile website, any help would be much appreciated. Photo attached for reference. TIA

The problem is only on android screens, I tried on iPhone and it works fine. I also want to reduce the size and make italic overlay text on image only for mobile screens.
