If your current theme does not have similar design, you need to custom code in order to change the footer layout and design. Can you let me know which theme are you using currently? I see that you want the footer to look like the paid theme

If you are the store owner and have limited knowledge in coding then you can contact Shopify developers who can help you with the design and development.
