Footer Appearing Twice

Hello.

On our site (grhf.ca) our footer is appearing twice in the theme and I don't know why.

From inspecting the elements I see it here twice. I checked the theme liquid file and I am not sure what I need to change. Any ideas?

It might be some cache issue. try again by clear all caches and reload the window.
currently there is single code and output of the footer is rendered.
