Footer menu alignment

I'm using dawn theme on Shopify and i'm trying to shift the social media icons down to the same row as the copyright 2023. Let me know if you have any solution to this please, thank you!

Please copy the entire code in tag 1 and copy it into tag 2 at the position I underlined.
