Footer menu in Dawn 13.0.1 only links to About page

I'm having a hard time working out how to fix my footer menu (Customer Care) in the Dawn 13.0.1

At present all the menu items are linking to my About page as opposed to the other pages i require in my footer. I have read a number of others similar issues but am yet to find the answer. I have been reluctant to change the code as people have mentioned in other answers, because the code they reference to look for is not present in my code. 

I'm new to using this forum so please let me know what info I can provide to gain help with this. Thanks so much.

The problem you're facing is not code related, you can edit the links from the admin. 

1.a) At the customize page, ensure you have linked the correct menu:

1.b) in this example, I'm using the menu named "Menu", you can pick a different one if you prefer.

2) to create or edit a menu, go to the Shopify admin > online store > navigation. On the right side, you can edit your menus accordingly.

Thanks for this. I can see all the items you have shown in 1a and 1b and I believe that's how I currently have them linked but they are still connecting to the "about" page.
