hi there! Looking to move my social media icons to the left under my logo picture and add a block on the right side

because you are using a free theme so changing the place of the sections does not included as an option you need to custom code the footer for changing the placement of the things. I suggest you to hire an expert who can do this for you without creating mess into your theme.
