I used the same footer for all pages. It shows correctly on the home page, but the other pages do not, and I have no idea how to fix it.

About this issue, you can check on setting of footer part on homepage then compare it on other page to find has any different setting here.

If them are the same, so you can check in code maybe them were handled different on other page.
