Footer setting

I want changes on my theme in the footer section. in footer i want three sections quick links our policies and about us. My website is www.toplistseller.com  and the website that similer i want footer section is https://tinxijewels.com/

You need to customize the footer in the theme editor. Add two Quick links and one text to edit the content inside. Like this

When i click on add block and add menu it will add on the top of Subscribe to our emails but I want at the bottom as per on the website https://tinxijewels.com/

You should add the email signup section, and cancel the display of email signup below in footer.

I created three blocks but i am not able to create menu. how can i create menu like on the screen short

I see that your website has already created menu. What are you referring to?
