Footer stuck (It seems to be because of the template!)

I can't customize my FOOTER in the slightest, I'm just told to choose the presets from the template I've chosen, there's no option to add a section or anything.

Does anyone have any tips or can help me how I can remove this and bring back the original FOOTER from shopify?

Have you updated the theme yet?

If not, please try to update the theme to see if it works
