Free Themes with two header navigations?

At one time, i used a free theme called boundless (I'm pretty sure that's what it is called.) It allowed me to have two top header navigations. I was able to have my logo in the middle then one navigation on the right side and one on the left side. I am currently using dawn and unfortunately, I cant do that with that theme. Are there any free themes that allow you to accomplish this? Thanks!

The impulse theme is a good example except is $350 lol

Currently there is no such theme for free. But If you still want to do it,  you can install "Craft" theme for free. Then edit 2 lines of code and you will get the results.
