Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
I use gempages to design the homepage and core pages of my website. Recently I noticed that some of the elements of my homepage would not show up properly when viewing my website. However these elements all show up correctly in the GemPages builder. This is only affecting the Home page. Ive tried to republish and nothing changes. I've even tried to revert to old versions of my site but the issue still remains.

I don't know if you are the one who added these scripts, but there's an extra pair of closing braces that is breaking the entire page
You'd probably have to find them and delete these extra stuff.
Under what file are you finding those scripts ?
Sorry I kinda suck when it comes to coding
Well, I can't tell you what file it is because once the files get compiled into a webpage, it becomes one homepage file. But from the looks of it, it seems like it's the header file because the code after it is the code to display the header menu list.
Thanks for the help. Do you happen to know someone or a service that might be able to help me troubleshoot and fix this issue more hands on ?
Hey @Officer_K
I do that. If it's just this issue, I can request access to your store backend and take a look if you are ok with it.
That would be perfect!
Let me know when you request access and I'll accept
No worries!
I would need you to send me the collaborator's code to request access.
1. Search "collaborator" and click on "Collaborator permissions"
2. Send me this code here.
Obviously it's a bit sensitive, so you can send to my email if you want. Email in the signature below.
Collaborator code sent via Email!
Hey @Officer_K,
Got it! I sent the request, it should come to you soon
Request accepted!
Hey @Officer_K,
So I didn't check the copies, but the live version is fixed now!
Thanks so much!
I really appreciate it !

Somebody else got to it before you even responded. Really not impressed with your customer service so far. Why is customer service the one area that so many companies suck at?
