Getting Server error when I try to approve purchase theme

Hi, I have been using the Warehouse theme as a trial and would like to go forward and purchase this theme. But when I click approve button, a pop-up shows up with the text "Server Error", and nothing else happens. I have tried several times without any luck.

I think the problem is related to the first time I tried to purchase the theme, it send a code to my phone, to approve the purchase. But I didn't have it around, and now every time I try, it says "Server Error".
