GIF glitches on Slideshow slide but only on desktop

I'm having an issue where I uploaded a GIF to Slideshow slide and it showing glitches/artifacts(?) on the slide only on the desktop version. The mobile version has no issues with glitches. 

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
