Gift product sold on another products page

Hello!

I have a product that is sold as a one-time purchase and also as a subscription managed through ReCharge. 

I have created a popup modal and would like to be able to sell gift subscriptions on this modal and have them added to the cart. Through ReCharge, each of these gift subscriptions are separate products i.e Gift product (3 months), Gift product (6 months), etc. I am looking for a way to be able to have a form with these 4 separate products on it (one time, 6 months, 9 months, one year)  and a user to be able to click on one of the gift options (products) and have that one added to the cart. Currently, my form only will add the product from the current product page the user is on and disregards any of the form options.
