Grey/Gray background on White background photos

Please Help ASAP!

Whenever i go onto my website on my phone there are gray backgrounds behind some of my product photos but on the computer the background of the product photos are white. I have even tried screenshotting my product image from shopify with the white background but when I upload the image that I have just took, the background is still gray on mobile, but is still white on my computer.
