Have frame/section side by side in taste theme for contact page. Have two columns.

Hi, can someone please guide me on how to go about this.

the contact page on my website have two section, but I want them as one section or two columns ( as in side by side ) I had it my old website but the current theme (taste theme) doesn’t seem to allow it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
