Having trouble connecting correct products to collections

Hi everyone, I'm trying to 

When you click on the Collars Category, it brings up the right collection, but with blanks next to it

Same with sweaters and jackets... I'm having trouble just showing sweaters and jackets

I'm sure it's a simple thing I keep missing in the set-up in Customize
