Having trouble with placing text underneath product collection card

Looking to move text underneath the card, right now the text is in the middle of my card as you can see from the photo and there is no options to move it - all I can see in the sidebar is "Custom position - Separator is '|'. Example: 1|2|3" unsure how to use that. Could someone help out please?
