Header layout options not working on Impact theme

Hi all, I am trying to play around with the overall look and feel of my site but the header layout options are not working on the Impact theme. Whatever option you select you only have the drawer available at any point. 

Anybody know why that might be?

I got similar problems -  I did not buy the theme yet, i only installed it and tried to customize -> the MegaMenu is not updating / changing for a lot of settings!
