Header logo changing position

Hello, my name is Nicolas.

I am designing my shop at the moment and I am almost done. I ran into a little problem when I was adding elements to the header via code. My logo that was originally in the center of the header but it shifter a little to the left. I don't know how re-center my logo in the middle of my site on every page.
