Hi @NOT1, 

Step 1: Go to Shopify Admin -> Online Store ->Theme -> Edit code

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Insert this code above </head> tag:

.header__menu-item span, .header__active-menu-item {
    text-shadow: 1px 1px 2px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3) !important;
}
</style>
