Header/Navigation Bar padding settings wont update

Hey there,

I am currently trying to simply just adjust the padding values of my navigation/header but every-time I change them and save the changes - it does not update and shows as if the padding values are both 0px,

I have cleared my cache, duplicated the site theme and tried again - still nothing..

Any other tips or conflicting settings you guys can think about checking? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
