Hey @SamSukhoonNordl 

Follow these Steps:

1) Go to Online Store
2) Edit Code
3) Find theme.liquid file

4) Add the following code in the bottom of the file above </body> tag

<style>
.header {
    margin: 0 !important;
    max-width: 100% !important;
}
.header__menu-item {
    padding: 1.2rem 2rem !important;
}
</style>

it needs proper customization.. If we do it by padding it will may create some other issue on different screen size.. The best way to contact some shopify expert Shopify Experts  or you can also contact me to fix it for you here there will little charge but will be fixed in a well way.
