Header Sub Navigation Is Not Fixed

Dear Experts . 

For website www.thejade.pk on viewing webpage at 90% View or 80% Zoom View or 70% Zoom View, The header is fixed at its original position and that is how it should be. But the sub menu just run to left giving a very bad look.. Need the sub menu to stay fixed like header is fixed on its position.. 

Please advice if any can help

Dear we have shared access with you for our website. Will be oblidged if you can help regaring both things.

1) The sticky header transition that is not smooth

Need effect of Drop down mega menu like https://conaturalintl.com/ . At the moment its really not smooth

2) The navigation bar header that moves to left when zoomed out. Shout be in same position regardless it is zoomed out 

As seen when zoomed out to 90% or 80%

As required even if zoom is set to 90% 80%

Hi Keetan. 

Apparently i waited and you didnt come up with solution. So i did it my self.

Else need to know if you can help how to keep the header stick to the top with navigation bar when we scroll down. 

Both for mobile and desktop. If you can help will be great. If not then do also let me know
