What you see on my screenshot is just the layout i've created in Photoshop.

Actually the section i want to adjust to make it look like my layout is the following:



It's just a simple Heading Section 😉

You can try adding a <hr> below the header section and use css to style it. 

So something like this:

<h1>YOUR TEXT</h1>
<hr>

hr {
width: 5%;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
border: 3px solid green;
}
