Help: Customize refresh button in image banner

I'm using Refresh theme. I designed this image banner for my store, but I can't code the button to look like this:

Size: I want it just as big as this button (see photo).
Position: I want it positioned like this, but the "below left" position in theme settings is not aligned like this.
Shadow: I also like to incorporate a shadow like this.
