Help me add Breadcrumbs to Rise Theme

I wish to add Breadcrumbs to my store in the form of
Home page > Collection page > Product page.
My Store: www.shinsoku.in
Kindly please help with the same.

Should i write this inside theme.liquid ?
Tried this but this is not reflecting in my store
